Job summary

Black Box Corporation is seeking a skilled engineer to install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications products such as CUCM, Unity, Unity Connection, Presence, and Contact Center Express. The role involves deploying voice gateways and LAN switches as part of collaboration solutions, and establishing QoS policies to ensure reliable voice traffic.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco UC products and Webex platforms.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, and QoS in enterprise networks.
• Ability to design and configure voice security controls per current standards.

Responsibilities
