Overview

Executive – Voice is responsible for consulting, analysis, and implementation support for Collaboration Project. Handle multiple projects, can manage team of engineers. An individual implement & guide engineers during projects.

Primary Responsibilities and Activities

• He/She should have worked in Tele presence & Video Conferencing Technologies and solutions
• Responsible for designing of IPT solutions from pre sales & post sales perspective.
• Need to Handle escalations from Voice implementation Team.
• Designing Bill of Material for IPT based on the requirement of the customer
• Preparing Low Level & High Level Document for the implementations
• Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 8.5 Cluster on UCS Server
• Implementation of Cisco Unity Connection 8.5 on UCS Server
• Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.1
• Integration of Cisco IP contact Center Express with CUCM.
• Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express
• Implementation of Cisco Unity Express
• Implementation of Voice Gateways
• Configuration of 6900, 7900, 9900 Series IP Phones
• Implementation of Tandberg and Polycom Video Endpoints
• Implemented Cisco Routers and Switches

Preferred knowledge and skill set

• WAN and LAN, QoS
• Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills
• Excellent oral, written & presentation communications skills
• CCVP / CCIE – or Higher Cisco Certification or any other CISCO certification would be an advantage
• Required Expertise on following Technology
