Job summary

SoCheers is seeking a brand coordination professional to support day-to-day brand activities within a Mumbai-based cluster. You will help communicate briefs, timelines, and expectations to internal teams, while tracking deliverables across Content, Design, and Video to keep campaigns on track.

The role emphasizes proactive risk flagging, maintaining clean documentation, and consolidating client feedback to ensure campaigns remain aligned with brand tone and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand management or coordination within an agency or in entertainment/non-entertainment brands.
• Ability to track multiple workstreams and maintain clarity across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day functioning of assigned brands within a cluster.
• Ensure briefs, timelines, and expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams.
• Track deliverables across Content, Design, Video, and other teams to ensure progress as planned.
• Flag delays or risks early so teams can address them proactively.
• Maintain trackers, decks, and meeting minutes; ensure documentation hygiene.
• Consolidate client and internal feedback clearly and accurately.
• Participate in brainstorms to understand brand tone and campaign thinking.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth and aligned execution.
