Job summary

Genpact in Gurgaon (Work from Office) invites applications for an Order to Cash professional. You will manage end-to-end billing, disputes, invoicing and reconciliations, engaging with clients to resolve issues while ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Strong Excel, communication, and analytical skills are essential; Oracle ERP knowledge is preferred. Minimum qualifications include a combination of Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance degrees, with a Master’s in Finance enhancing prospects.

• Engage with clients professionally to clarify issues, negotiate resolutions, and maintain positive relationships
