Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is hiring for Order to Cash roles. The positions require a bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance, with a masters in finance preferred.

You will handle account reconciliations, premium postings, and delinquency follow-ups in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will collaborate with agents and internal teams, ensuring SLA-aligned processes and high accuracy, while coaching peers and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile agent accounts as per remittance provided by the account current agent.
• Post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium.
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and amounts in suspense.
• Ensure transaction quality complies with SLA metrics and predefined parameters.
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis and adhere to attendance schedules.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coach and groom team members to build an efficient team.
• Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills in daily tasks.
• Communicate verbally and via emails with businesses.
• Maintain eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
• Prioritize effectively and stay flexible as needs change.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent
• To post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and for the amount lying in suspense account
• Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. per predefined rosters
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Coaching and grooming of team members to build a strong and efficient team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
