Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and invoice processing tasks.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and review vendor statements.
• Review emails and resolve payment issues; maintain audit-ready records.
• Process 2-way and 3-way match for PO and non-PO invoices; expediate holds.
• Monitor GRIR reports and respond to vendor queries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Oracle ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Relevant years experience in Accounts Payable/ Invoice Processing, Vendor Reconciliation
• Perform vendor reconciliations and review Statement of Accounts of vendors to ensure invoices are matched and cleared in Accounts payable ledger
• Review supplier, broker, and office emails daily to identify required actions, missing documents, or payment concerns
• Ageing Report review
• Validate balances, identify discrepancies, and determine required actions
• Follow up on outstanding issues to maintain alignment between vendor statements and internal records.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and internal controls.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reconciliation processes.
