Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A - AP to manage invoice processing, validation, and timely payment runs. You will review supplier details, PO and invoice data, release invoices, and follow up on requisitions to resolve issues per AP rules.

You will contribute to process improvement, comply with internal policies, and perform daily internal audits to ensure accuracy and adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Professional certifications in accounts payable or related fields are a plus.
• English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices with resolution support.
• Validate essentials: supplier, PO, bank account, invoice number and date.
• Release invoices for timely payments and ensure pay runs are completed.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify improvements to reduce helpdesk queries and streamline processes.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and perform daily audits.
