Job summary

Genpact in Pune is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A - AP to review and process supplier invoices, verify essential details, and release payments accurately. You will follow up on requisitions and ensure alignment with AP guidelines while driving efficiency by reducing queries.

The role emphasizes compliance with internal policies and routine audits, offering exposure to global finance processes in a dynamic, night-shift environment at Genpact.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in Accounts Payable processes and SAP environment.
• Familiarity with financial controls and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices ensuring supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number and date are correct.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as per customer agreement and follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues.
• Identify opportunities to reduce helpdesk queries and drive process improvements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and perform daily audits of invoices and queries.
