NPCI is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Client Implementation Readiness in Mumbai to operate as an Individual Contributor with strong hands-on capabilities in UPI or Cards implementations.

The role focuses on integrating key clients/partners globally to enable UPI and Rupay acceptance, remittance, and licenses, while applying technical project management skills to deliver end-to-end payments solutions.

Candidate will be responsible for the integration of key clients/partners across the globe to enable UPI and Rupay Acceptance, Remittance and Licenses.

The candidate filling this role should be experienced in technical project management skills and possess experience implementing software and payment solutions from a technical perspective.

This role will support cross channel solutions, platforms, and market rollout with a focus on being a technical subject matter expert on new digital products and services

• Be able to independently handle technical assignments, especially around UPI/Cards design and implementation.

• Demonstrate skills on testing / testing lifecycles, including reading API logs and debugging API issues.
• Be capable of writing comprehensive Technical Specification Documents (including API specifications) and creating standardized templates.
• Communicate effectively, handle client interactions with confidence, and articulate solution design aspects clearly.
• Should have basic skills on technical project management.
