Job summary

Goodfit is seeking a lead-level UPI Subject Matter Expert to spearhead critical UPI initiatives from our Mumbai office. This role demands deep technical and functional expertise to shape high-impact banking and payment solutions.

You will act as the primary liaison with clients, mentor a specialized team, and apply your deep understanding of the UPI ecosystem to guide design, architecture, and implementation strategies. The role offers a permanent lead position with a competitive 25L CTC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in UPI.
• Demonstrated expertise with UPI Issuer and Acquirer systems.
• In-depth knowledge of bank-side transactional validations.
• Proven NPCI certification process experience.

• Proven track record with NPCI certification processes.

• Advanced functional understanding of the complete UPI lifecycle.

• Familiarity with MCC (Merchant Category Code) mapping strategies.

• Working knowledge of NPCI Operational Circulars (OCs) and their implications.
