Responsibilities

• Proactive communication with client, ensuring all client requirements are met and reports are submitted on time
• Ensuring all the key metrices are met including productivity, utilization, quality score, attendance, adherence to timelines
• Management Reporting: Reports required by management relating to performance, costs, efficiency, utilization are shared with stake holders on time
• Liaison with other teams/departments
