Job summary

UnitedLex is seeking candidates in Bengaluru, Karnataka with a background in LPO or Legal Services. The role involves proactive client communication to ensure requirements are met, reporting on key metrics, and liaising with internal teams. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience, strong attention to detail, and proficient knowledge in Excel. The focus is on driving business metrics including productivity and quality. Candidates with Data Breach Response experience will be preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in LPO/Legal Services.
• Experience in Document Review, e-Discovery, Contracts, Data Breach, or Compliance preferred.
• Ability to prioritize between multiple complex projects/timelines.

Responsibilities

• Proactive communication with client, ensuring all client requirements are met and reports are submitted on time
• Ensuring all the key metrics are met including productivity, utilization, quality score, attendance, and adherence to timelines
• Management reporting: Reports required by management relating to performance, costs, efficiency, and utilization are shared with stakeholders on time
• Liaison with other teams/departments

Qualifications

• Any graduate/postgraduate with 2 years of experience in LPO/Legal Services
• Candidates with background of Document Review or e-Discovery or Contracts or Data Breach or Compliance are eligible to apply for this role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
