Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in India seeks a strategic leader to drive Service Modernization (Retrofit) growth across installed base. You will identify aging equipment, propose upgrades, energy-efficiency improvements, and regulatory enhancements through site assessments and technical consultations.

Leading the modernization lifecycle, you will manage opportunity identification, proposals, costing, negotiations, order booking, and project handover while coordinating with service operations,

Qualifications

• Experience in service modernization or retrofit programs is a plus.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and translate into actionable modernization plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Service Modernization (Retrofit) growth across the installed base.
• Identify aging equipment requiring upgrades and regulatory enhancements.
• Generate retrofit sales opportunities through customer engagement and technical consultations.
• Lead the complete modernization lifecycle from opportunity to project handover.
• Drive AMC recapture initiatives by analyzing expired maintenance contracts.
• Collaborate with service operations, sales, and branch leadership to improve renewals.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, and facility managers.
• Monitor market trends to strengthen modernization offerings.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and order booking targets.
• Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute strategies for Service Modernization (Retrofit) business growth across the installed base.


• Identify aging equipment requiring upgrades, modernization, energy-efficiency improvements, and regulatory compliance enhancements.


• Generate retrofit sales opportunities through customer engagement, site assessments, and technical consultations.


• Lead the complete modernization business cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal development, costing, negotiations, order booking, and project handover.


• Drive AMC recapture initiatives by analyzing expired and lost maintenance contracts and developing targeted recovery plans.


• Work closely with service operations, sales teams, and branch leadership to improve customer retention and contract renewal rates.


• Build strong relationships with key customers, consultants, facility managers, and decision-makers.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen modernization offerings.


• Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, order booking, and AMC recapture targets.


• Develop periodic business reviews, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance dashboards.


• Coordinate with technical and project execution teams to ensure timely completion of modernization projects and customer satisfaction
