Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a strategic leader to drive service modernization (retrofit) growth across its installed base in India. The role collaborates with service operations, sales, and branch leadership to capture retrofit opportunities and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities include managing the modernization lifecycle, driving AMC recapture initiatives, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders while monitoring market trends to stay

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Service Modernization (Retrofit) business growth across the installed base.
• Identify aging equipment requiring upgrades, modernization, energy-efficiency improvements, and regulatory compliance enhancements.
• Generate retrofit sales opportunities through customer engagement, site assessments, and technical consultations.
• Lead the modernization business cycle from opportunity identification to project handover, including costing and negotiations.
• Drive AMC recapture initiatives by analyzing expired/lost maintenance contracts and developing recovery plans.
• Collaborate with service operations, sales, and branch leadership to improve customer retention and contract renewals.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to strengthen modernization offerings.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, order booking, and AMC recapture targets.
• Develop periodic reviews, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure timely modernization project completion and customer satisfaction.

• Build strong relationships with key customers, consultants, facility managers, and decision-makers.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen modernization offerings.


• Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, order booking, and AMC recapture targets.
