Indovance Inc is seeking a B.Arch professional for a Construction Engineering role in Pune. The position requires strong BIM skills (Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D) and knowledge of international building codes and construction methods. US work experience is a plus.

The role emphasizes client alignment, cross‑functional coordination, and rigorous documentation. Two positions are available. The candidate should manage timelines, produce daily MIS reports, and maintain high accuracy under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required.
• Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD and 3D CAD; BIM software proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of international building codes and construction methods.
• US work experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
