• Prepare concept designs, presentation drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, statutory regulations, and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation.

About the Role

Rohaan Constructions Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, planning, and construction, with the ability to support senior architects in developing residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and candidates with up to 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
• Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with senior architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare concept designs, presentation drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, statutory regulations, and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation.
• Support material selection, space planning, and design detailing.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
• Assist in preparing quantity estimates and project reports when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• 0–3 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects.
• Freshers with excellent design skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other BIM software is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape for 3D visualization is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building construction methods and materials.
• Understanding of local building regulations and approval processes.
• Good visualization and conceptual design skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
