Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture is required.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture/design.
• Excellent drawing skills and proficiency with 2D/3D design software (Revit, Photoshop).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Take brief to identify project needs and prepare comparative reports and design proposals.
• Develop ideas aligned with organisation’s needs and building usage.
• Create, evaluate, and modify designs; produce detailed drawings and corrections.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of drawings on site.
• Compile project samples, specifications, and selections; on-site visits to monitor progress.

Job description -

• Take the brief” to identify the project’s needs and put together comparative reports and design proposals
• Develop ideas keeping in mind organisation’s needs & building’s usage.
• Create, evaluate and alter designs to meet the organisation’s needs & produce detailed drawings and make any necessary corrections.
• Coordinate with all consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of drawings on site.
• Compile project samples, specifications and selections.
• Make on site visits to check on project status and prepare monthly report on project.
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• Strong portfolio to prove aesthetic skills
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
