Job summary

Soigneconsult is seeking an Architect / Architectural Designer in Chandigarh to join our consultancy team. The role involves architectural planning, design development, and producing working drawings for institutional and residential projects.

The selected candidate will contribute from concept through detailed design and execution, coordinating with structural, electrical, and other disciplines while preparing presentations and design proposals. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) required; freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience with BIM tools (Revit) will be preferred.
• Strong drawing and project documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Architectural planning and design development.
• Preparation of working drawings, detailed architectural drawings and construction details.
• Development of plans, sections, elevations and architectural details.

Architect / Architectural Designer

Position: Architect / Architectural Designer
Qualification: Master of Architecture (M.Arch.)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Location: Chandigarh / Panchkula / Mohali
Employment: Full-Time

We are looking for talented and motivated M.Arch. graduates to join our architectural consultancy team.

The selected candidates will be involved in a range of architectural planning, design development, preparation of working drawings, presentations, coordination and project documentation for institutional, residential and other building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural planning and design development


• Preparation of working drawings, detailed architectural drawings and construction details


• Development of plans, sections, elevations and architectural details


• Preparation of presentations, concepts and design proposals


• Coordination with structural, electrical, plumbing and other consultants


• Preparation of schedules, specifications and project documentation


• Site visits and coordination with clients/consultants/contractors


• Working on projects from concept stage through detailed design and execution

Skills Required

• Strong architectural planning and design skills


• Good knowledge of AutoCAD


• Proficiency in SketchUp / 3D modelling and rendering will be an advantage


• Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be preferred


• Good understanding of construction details and materials


• Ability to prepare professional drawings and documentation


• Good communication and coordination skills


• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for projects
