Job summary

Soigneconsult in Chandigarh is seeking motivated Architects for full-time roles on large-scale institutional and residential projects. You will be involved from planning and design to detailed documentation and project execution, working with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Architectural planning and design development.

ARCHITECT

Architectural Designer

Qualification: B.Arch. / M.Arch.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Location: Chandigarh
Employment: Full-Time

We are looking for talented, motivated and committed Architects to join our architectural consultancy team.

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on large-scale institutional, residential and other architectural projects, with exposure to planning, design development, detailed documentation and project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architectural planning and design development
• Preparation of detailed architectural drawings and working drawings
• Preparation of plans, sections, elevations and construction details
• Development of design concepts and presentation drawings
• Preparation of schedules, specifications and project documentation
• Coordination with structural, electrical, plumbing and other consultants
• Site visits and coordination with clients, consultants and contractors
• Incorporating project requirements and design changes into drawings
• Assisting in projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution

QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognised institution.
• Preferred: Candidates from premier/reputed architectural institutions will be given preference.
• Candidates with relevant professional experience in architectural design, planning, working drawings and project documentation will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong design skills, good technical knowledge and an impressive portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong architectural planning and design ability
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of architectural construction, materials and detailing
• Ability to prepare accurate and well-coordinated working drawings
• Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an advantage
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D modelling and rendering will be preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
