Qualifications

• Post Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in sales, events background a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Keen understanding branding / brand management.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue for the company through sales of Mirchi Activation properties i.e. Events, Concerts and Activations.
• Generate revenue for partner properties and events (Catalyst).
• Ensure achievement of revenue targets.
• Ideate and conceptualise new events and properties in line with market opportunities.
• Align client requirements with relevant properties to provide integrated solutions.
• Ensure incremental business from new client acquisition.
• Build strong client relationships to anticipate client requirements.
• Ensure 100% collections as per stipulated timelines.
• Ensure all documentation with respect to the event is provided to the finance team.
