PeopleStrong Pte Ltd in Lucknow, India seeks a dynamic Sales Leader to oversee Business Managers and drive pharmacy and doctor engagement. You will guide the team to meet monthly sales targets, launch new brands, and maintain strong relationships with retailers, stockists and key customers.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and motivating the Business Managers to achieve targets
• Maintaining good bonding with teammates to reduce attrition and ensure smooth delivery of objectives
• Monitoring team performance and providing feedback to senior management
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business opportunities
• Guiding BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives
• Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders
• Ensuring ROIE (Return On Invested Efforts) from targeted customers
• Ensuring proper launch and consistent engagement with key customers for new brand launches
• Managing inventory at stockist level and reducing credit notes
• Discussing clinical usage, dosages, and how our products can be used for various conditions
• Interacting with doctors, retailers/pharmacies/stockists to build strong professional relationships
• Achieving monthly sales objectives through sales planning and execution with product availability at retailers/pharmacies and prescription generation
• Reporting daily activities and customer/competitor feedback as per norms

• Achieve monthly sales objective through proper sales planning and execution by ensuring product availability at Retailers/Pharmacies and prescription generation from focused customers
