Job summary

Konecranes in India seeks a Diploma in Electrical Engineer to join our site team. The role focuses on maintaining safety standards, following site operations, and supporting technical discussions for new orders with regional sales managers.

You will travel to sites for assessments, take ownership of on-site activities with affiliate teams, and ensure safety while meeting project timelines. ISO 14001/45001 awareness and field exposure are important.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in site safety and operation processes is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards at site per company policy.
• Follow site operation processes and maintain them.
• Provide technical discussions supporting new orders by regional sales managers.
• Visit sites for assessment and share updates in a precise format.
• Travel on immediate basis as required.
• Own site execution with affiliate team and ensure safety.
• Meet financial and company targets without compromising safety.
• Conduct site visits for critical projects and large-size projects.
• HOC: complete crane as per plan.
• Coordinate with Tech support to address SAT issues and prevent recurrence.
• Manage ISO audits and monitor HSE-related documentation on site.
• Support customers for under-warranty cases when IS team is occupied.
• Frequent travel to field sites.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

• Maintain safety standards at Site as per company policy
• Site Engr. Should follow all the Site operation processes & maintain the same
• Technical discussion supporting for New Orders by regional sales managers.
• Visit to Site for Site assessment & share the site updates in precise format
• Based on site urgency, need to travel on immediate basis as & when required
• Handle the site individually with affiliate team so need to take ownership while executing the work
• Financial & company target to be adhered without compromise on Safety
• Site Visits for critical project for Site assessment whenever required also visit for big size projects
• HOC punctuality - Complete the Crane as per plan / agreed timeline
• SAT issue to be taken up with Tech support to avoid repetition in future
• ISO Audits & Monitoring all HSE Related Documentation on Team site regularly
• Support customer for under warranty cases whenever IS Team is occupied
• Person should use to Travel & outdoor / Field site activity
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
