Job summary

Konecranes invites a Service Specialist to join our Industrial Services team in Maharashtra, India. You will be responsible for on-site crane service and maintenance, working to support branch plans and ensure safe, reliable operations for our customers.

The role requires 8–9 years in field service with Electrical diploma/BE, knowledge of cranes, and proficiency with CRM Siebel. You'll perform safety reviews, estimate parts and labor, and advise customers to inform buying decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical engineering.
• 8–9 years of field service experience.
• Experience with crane maintenance and safety standards.
• CRM Siebel – Field Service portal familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Work assignments planned by the branch and assigned to the field operative.
• The field operative accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
• The field operative cannot create new service requests (except through “do work”).
• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method.
• Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard.

We are looking for Service Specialist
