Job summary

Konecranes is hiring for a site operations role in Delhi, India. The position involves maintaining safety standards on site, coordinating material flow from factory, and ensuring compliance with site processes.

You will liaise with engineers, purchase and logistics to ensure timely completion of crane-related tasks and documentation. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to keep projects on track, with attention to ISO

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards at Site as per company policy.
• Follow all Site operation processes & maintain them on the Team Site.
• Arrange material from Factory & follow up to ensure NC notification compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineers on Site visits for Site assessment and share updates in a precise format.
• Affiliate performance validation every 3 months with Engineers/manager.
• Book and track affiliate invoices.
• Ensure punctuality and complete crane work as per plan/timeline.
• Address SAT issues with Tech support to prevent recurrence and align meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor ISO Audits & HSE documentation on Team site with Site operation Team.
• Prepare monthly data for Rush Call and maintain data.
• Update Project Closure/HOC Documents and ensure readiness.
• Prepare Gate pass documentation to support Site Operation Team.
• Coordinate with Purchase for Affiliate finalization and raise RFQ ahead of time.
• Organize weekly review meetings and update factory on site urgency.
• Plan engineers effectively for workload and discuss with Site manager.
• Follow up on dispatching materials from factory; coordinate with driver, affiliate & Engineer for timely unloading.
• If site readiness delays occur, push for timely completion with customer and Site Engineer.
• Close Snag points within agreed time to clear Erection invoice with Site Engineer.
• Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

• Maintain safety standards at Site as per company policy
• Should follow all the Site operation processes & maintain the same on Team Site
• Arrange the material from Factory & follow up with Concern to get it done as per NC notification
• Follow up with Engineer on Visit to Site for Site assessment & share the site updates in precise format
• Affiliate performance validation after every 3 months - follow up with Engineers / manager
• Affiliate Invoices booking & tracking of Invoices team
• HOC Punctuality - Complete the Crane as per plan / agreed timeline - Follow up
• SAT issue to be taken up with Tech support to avoid repetition in future & align the meeting with Stake Holder
• ISO Audits & Monitoring all HSE Related Documentation on Team site with all Site operation Team
• Monthly data preparation for Rush Call & maintain the data
• Project Closure / HOC Document updation to be checked
• Gate pass Documentation preparation to support Site Operation Team wherever needed.
• Regular touch with purchase team for Affiliate finalization on time.
• RFQ to be raised raised in advance in two months before for affiliate finalization.
• Arrange Weekly review meeting and update given to the factory for the site urgency.
• Optimized planning of engineers for available workload in discussion with Site manager
• follow up for Dispatching the materials from factory, coordinate with driver, affiliate & Engineer for timely unloading at site.
• If any site readiness delay, will continuously track and follow with customer for putting pressure to get it ready before materials reach at site in touch with Concern site Engineer
• Closing of Snag points within the agreed time frame to get the clearance for raising the Erection invoice with concern site Engineer
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
