This is a high-impact role with ownership across:

Strategic Training – Designing and driving induction, continuous learning modules, and refresher programs.

Operational Alignment – Executing floor-based interventions, process optimization, and product training for diverse clinical and administrative teams.

NABH & Quality Assurance – Championing the rigorous implementation and training of NABH protocols and clinical standards.

Stakeholder Partnership & Culture – Collaborating with clinical heads and operations managers to close skill gaps and cultivate a high-engagement, future-ready learning culture.

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic L&D professional with proven, mandatory experience in the Hospital or Healthcare sector. Deep, hands‑on exposure to NABH standards and healthcare regulatory compliance is essential.
