Apollo Hospitals is seeking a Manager in Learning & Development to drive best-in-class HR practices across the organization. This role focuses on Hire to Retire training solutions, content development, project management, and talent capability initiatives.

You will lead Training Quality, Communications CoE, and Trainer Quality & Communications, while leveraging the training technology suite to deliver measurable impact and a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years HR experience with min 5 yrs in L&D.
• MBA in HR preferred.
• ID certified; PMP adds advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead Training Quality with measurement tools and governance.
• Drive Communications CoE standards across units/regions.
• Define role-based TTT requirements and deliver refresher sessions.
• Oversee Training Technology suite for delivery, assessment, engagement.
• Own and manage corporate function training needs and project management.

Role Description

As Manager in Learning & Development role, you will be an integral part of Human Resources organization with Apollo that aims at enabling Best in Class HR practices across Industry / People / Process & Technological changes resulting in service evolution and Employee experience.

Individual Contributor role with experience in managing Hire to retire training solutions, Content Development, Project management, Digitization & Talent capability initiatives

Detailed Job Responsibility & Accountabilities

Training Quality

• Create Measurement / Quality tools & checklists to assist HR best practices
• Create Benchmarked Learning result framework
• Language / Soft skills measurement checklist guideline
• Measure, Track & Analyze key Training commits AoP
• Create. Support & enable L&D roadmap in alignment with AoP
• L&D AoP commit vs Achivement milestone governance & reporting

Communications CoE

• Create standardized communication skills measurement index and drive adherence across units / Regions

Trainer Quality & communications:

• Create role wise TTT requirements (Deliver / partner) for L&D roles
• Deliver refresher sessions to HR function on Apollo policies.
• Manage central training calendar premium partnerships.
• Weekly central training reports

Training Technology

• Proficient on training technology suite including authoring, delivery, assessment and engagement

Training Delivery / Value

• Own & manage a corporate function training requirement - Be training consultant in pro-active TNI, project management & gauge training impact

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Executive communication skills.
• Instructional Design (ID) certified / Experience preferred
• Good knowledge in MS office mandatory - Excel, Visio & PPT to create reports and organizational messaging
• Strong project & stakeholder management skills
• MS access knowledge would be an advantage
• TTT experience - Both content creation & delivery
• Certification PMP will be added advantage

Job Performance Parameters

• 10 - 15 years HR experience in any industry with min 5 yrs experience in L&D.
• Basic understanding of adult learning techniques & Industry tools on behavioral science
• MBA in HR preferred
