DailyRounds is a healthcare startup focused on organising “Knowledge of practice of Medicine” and building a community of doctors and other healthcare professionals. We hold the largest IP (intellectual property) in clinical medicine in India and aim to help doctors improve diagnosis and treatment. Our diverse team of 300 people is based in Bangalore.
What would you do?
We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development professional who can lead the end‑to‑end learning cycle—starting from training needs analysis to program design, execution, facilitation, reinforcement and impact analysis. This person will be responsible for building a learning culture within the organisation and ensuring that managers and employees receive relevant, engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular training needs analysis with managers, leaders and teams to identify skill gaps and changing capability requirements.
- Translate business needs into structured learning plans and development roadmaps.
- Evaluate organisational trends and workforce performance data to determine learning priorities.
- Develop learning strategies, training plans and annual L&D calendars.
- Create training content, decks, facilitator guides, manuals and e‑learning modules.
- Customise programs related to soft skills, behavioural skills, leadership, communication and team effectiveness.
- Ensure content is aligned with the evolving needs of the organisation.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and discussions—online and offline.
- Coordinate logistics, schedule sessions and manage training workflows end‑to‑end.
- Facilitate internal knowledge‑sharing sessions, talk series and learning circles.
- Assess learning technology requirements (LMS, virtual training tools, learning platforms), coordinate with internal tech teams to set up and maintain learning tools and troubleshoot basic technical issues during training.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard external training vendors or subject‑matter experts, manage vendor contracts, budgets and programme quality.
- Track and measure training effectiveness using surveys, assessments and performance metrics, provide regular reports and insights to leadership on learning progress and outcomes, continuously improve programmes based on feedback and data.
- Drive initiatives that promote continuous learning and collaboration across the organisation (e.g., internal talk sessions, panel discussions, lunch‑and‑learns, team development events), fostering a positive and open learning environment.
The Best Fit Candidate Would Have
- Experience in corporate training, L&D, facilitation or organisational development.
- Strong knowledge of soft skills, communication, leadership and behavioural training.
- Proven ability to design engaging training materials and learning programmes.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with learning technologies and tools.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LMS platforms or digital learning tools.
- Certification in training, coaching, learning design or behavioural assessment.
- Exposure to fast‑paced or high‑growth organisations.
