Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - HRO to manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding in a hybrid work setup in India. The role focuses on compliant HR processes, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience.

You will coordinate hiring activities, support onboarding and orientation programs, and assist with performance evaluations and policy administration while staying updated on employment laws.

Qualifications

• Oversee all aspects of employee relationships from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring policy compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding support.
• Develop orientation programs and training initiatives to support integration and development.
• Support performance evaluations by maintaining documentation and timelines.
