Genpact is seeking a Specialist - HR Shared Services to manage end-to-end transactional HR activities and deliver professional support to internal customers in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Role involves data cleansing for reporting, strict SOP compliance, and close collaboration with HR partners to resolve complex issues while maintaining data integrity within a hybrid work setup in India.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include Bachelors in HR/IR, HR Management, or Psychology; and Masters in Business Administration or HRM.

Responsabilités

• End to end HR Shared Services transactional activities
• Deliver a quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
• Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems
• Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders
• Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables
• Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail
• Manage and respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers; Process employee data changes accurately and in a timely manner; Administer HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, and promotions; Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity; Assist in benefits administration and support open enrollment processes; Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other teams to resolve complex HR issues; Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Shared Services processes and systems.
