Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is seeking a Product Manager for Supply Chain Finance to drive product lifecycle management, policy updates, and profitability tracking. You will coordinate with tech teams and vendors to launch new features in LMS, LOS, and Finacle, while ensuring regulatory alignment and robust MIS reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years in product management within banking/NBFC, preferably in SCF, and an MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management in banking/NBFC.
• Preferably experience in Supply Chain Finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lifecycle management for SCF products.
• Work on new product and SOP creation; keep existing product policy documents and SOPs updated.
• Coordinate with internal tech team and vendors to take new products live in LMS, LOS, Finacle and other applications.
• Monitor and manage the profitability of the vertical; track MIS on disbursements, accounts, fees and delinquencies.
• Anchor note preparation in coordination with Business Team.

Job description

• Assist in managing the entire lifecycle for Supply Chain Finance products
• Work on new product and SOP creation and keeping the existing product policy documents and SOPs updated
• Manage production issues and develop new features in Loan Management System
• Manage regulatory and audit requirements for the SCF portfolio
• Anchor note preparation in coordination with Business Team
• Work with internal tech team and vendors to take new products live in LMS, LOS, Finacle and other application
• Do necessary market research and draft new product notes and SOPs in line with Bank's strategy
• Regularly update the existing product note and SOPs to capture new regulatory and business requirements
• Monitor and manage the profitability of vertical
• Suggest policy changes based on competition and customer needs.
• Track performance of the business through MISs on various business and credit parameters like disbursements, number of accounts, fees, delinquencies, etc

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM or equivalent

Experience :

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Product Management in a bank or NBFC, preferably into Supply Chain Finance
