Company Description Sanskriti The Gurukul, established in 2003, is a day boarding school located on the outskirts of Guwahati, India. The school is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations and follows ICSE and ISC curricula and frameworks.

Essential Qualification

• B.Ed. Special Education from an RCI-recognized institution

OR

• D.Ed./D.El.Ed. Special Education or other relevant RCI-recognized qualification
• Valid RCI/CRR registration is mandatory for the position.
• Good knowledge of Inclusive Education, IEP preparation, classroom accommodations, and learning-support strategies
• Prior experience in a school setting will be an advantage.
• Strong foundation in Special Education and inclusive practices, with experience supporting learners with diverse disabilities.
• Commitment to an inclusive, learner-centered environment and sensitivity to diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Comfort working in a day boarding school setting, with flexibility to participate in co-curricular and school community activities.
