Mployee.me in Mumbai seeks a Spaces Data Executive to manage space data and governance, ensuring accurate CAFM data and reporting support for the SDM team. You will handle Archibus configurations, data archiving, and headcount/space analyses to drive informed decisions.

This role emphasizes reliable data maintenance, coordination with location teams, and strong MIS and CAD support to sustain space planning activities and move coordination data integrity.

Qualifications

• Perform space management program with data governance and accuracy.
• Fully dedicated on-account resource supporting Space Data Management Team.
• CAFM Operations – Archibus management and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate employee data and floor plan information in CAFM.
• Data archiving and MIS for executive review.
• Headcount/space allocation analyses and reporting.
• Office space planning support as needed.
• Supports the Move coordination team with data integrity.

Responsibilities
