• Monitor workplace occupancy and utilization to ensure optimal space management.
• Coordinate with business teams, facilities, projects, and HR for seating requirements and movement planning.
• Prepare occupancy reports, dashboards, and space utilization analysis using Advanced Excel.
• Maintain employee seating records and floor plans.
• Support office expansion, relocation, and workplace transformation projects.
• Ensure adherence to workplace guidelines and space allocation policies.
• Generate MIS reports and management presentations on space utilization trends.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and client representatives for workplace-related requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improving space efficiency and employee experience.
