Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Hyderabad seeks a Client Space Analyst to manage India space projects, maintain CAD floor plans, and support RE Strategy with data-driven insights. You will work with global teams to ensure consistent space standards and drive space optimization across the region.

The role involves data quality checks, training for space admins, and contributing to month-end reporting and dashboards. On-site position with 40 weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and management of Client Space for India including Mumbai.
• Coordinate with Global Space Operators to ensure global consistency in Client Space.
• Update and maintain floor layouts and CAD drawings.
• Perform data quality checks and data maintenance with HCM hires and terms reports.
• Provide access control and coverage for Client Space.
• Deliver training to divisional Client Space admins as needed.
• Develop and refine Client Space with latest upgrades.
• Handle global month-end chargeback, data cleanup, and reporting.
• Set up user/admin profiles in Client Space.
• Supply data and drawings to support RE Strategy team analyses.
• Understand client workplace standards and design guidelines.
• Conduct space planning studies using CAD (2D/3D) and Autodesk ACAD.
• Plan and execute campus-wide restacks using Client Space and ACAD.
• Analyze attendance, hires, and terms; produce dashboards and reports.
• Create occupancy dashboards and space utilization reports.
• Benchmark spatial analytics using floor plans and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate move planning and management.
• Define project scope with RE Planning Lead.
• Assist migration plans and compliance-based migration strategies.
• Participate in move coordination meetings and approvals.
• Develop migration sequencing for group relocations.
• Pilot Future of Work initiatives and analyze utilization studies.
• Review space utilization and occupancy to recommend improvements.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, management of Client Space for India including Mumbai.
• Working with Global Space Operators to oversee global consistency in Client Space
• Maintaining drawings - ensuring floor layouts (mainly furniture) are updated (requires CAD experience to make any changes to floor drawings)
• Administering data quality checks - responsible for data maintenance including cross checking with HCM hires and terms reports, centralized monthly quality control, interact with GS Finance regarding issues related to the occupancy charge back process, and enforce the appropriate processes for data changes.
• Providing continuous coverage and access administration to Client Space
• Delivering training as required to divisional Client Space admins; responsibilities could include responding to user clarifications / inquiries.
• Development and refining Client Space as necessary with latest upgrades
• Global month-end chargeback, data clean up, month end reporting globally and regionally.
• Setting up profiles for user and admins in Client Space
• Providing data from Client Space and drawings to support RE Strategy team to carry out analysis and evaluation of workplace both existing and proposed.
• Understanding Client workplace standards and design guidelines with the intent of supporting their on-going application and evolution
• Performing space planning studies using CAD drawings test fits of new and existing offices in support of ad hoc project and reporting requirement - using autodesk ACAD software to produce to produce 2D/3D drawings and documentation.
• Planning, management, and execution of campus wide restacks using Client Space and Acad
• Analytics
• Analyzing divisional attendance, hires and terms, growth, summer bulge data and reporting.
• Analyzing and reporting occupancy data using database tools
• Preparing dashboards such as occupancy dashboards, RE planning dashboards, attendance, login information, summer models, divisional data analytics
• Benchmarking, tagging, spatial analytics using floor plans and spreadsheet programs.
• Move coordination & management.
• Identify program requirements to assist RE Planning Lead in the development of project scope.
• Assist in development of migration plans and strategies based on business adjacencies, regulatory & compliance requirements etc.
• Participate / coordinate project and move coordination meetings.
• Develop migration plans and sequencing of group-level moves / relocations.
• Implement various pilots for Future of Work-related initiatives, review and analyze utilization studies, workstyle survey recommendations. Measure, monitor, and report cost saving and value-added contributions.
• Part of move coordination team to review and approve moves, develop migration plan and conduct facility audits.
• Reporting & documentation
• Assist Client Planning Lead in preparing presentations, divisional documentation, Monthly reports, project updates and postings, detailing project status including budget and schedule risks, opportunities, decisions required, milestones etc.
• Review, analyze and provide recommendations based on space utilization, seat demand and occupancy levels.
