Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Navi Mumbai, India, seeks a Spaces Data Executive (Occupancy Planning & Management-P1) to manage CAFM data and space information on-site. You will maintain floor plans, employee data, and space allocations while supporting CAD tasks and data integrity across the occupancy planning function.

The role involves archiving data, generating MIS reports for executives, and assisting with move coordination and ad-hoc queries.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CAFM data and systems in a corporate setting.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and governance across space data, headcount, and floor plans.
• Familiarity with reporting for executive review and space allocations.

Responsibilities

• CAFM Operations - Management and maintenance of CAFM technology (Archibus).
• Support location coordinators to maintain accurate employee data and floor plan info in CAFM.
• Provide CAD support for ongoing CAFM maintenance.
• Data archiving and MIS for executive review.
• Perform headcount/space allocation analyses and generate reports.
• Assist with office space planning as needed.
• Support Move coordination team with data integrity.
• Handle ad-hoc database queries and reports.
• Escalate issues related to technology performance to the team lead.

Objective

Perform space management program, assuring process and data governance with accuracy compliance.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• CAFM Operations - Management and maintenance of Client’s CAFM technology (Archibus)
• Support location coordinator’s / teams to maintain accurate employee data & floor plan information in CAFM.
• Dedicated CAD support for ongoing CAFM maintenance.
• Data archiving.
• MIS for Executive review
• Perform headcount/space allocation analyses and provide detailed reports of this for review - Space data (allocations and space types) maintenance
• Assist with office space planning support as needed
• Supports the Move coordination team with data integrity
• Accommodates ad-hoc requests for queries from the database.
• Reports issues and concerns related to the overall use, functionality and performance of technology to the team lead
