Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Space Data Executive (Occupancy Planning & Management) to join the on-site team. The role focuses on space data governance, CAFM operations (Archibus), and maintaining floor plans and employee data with high accuracy.

CAD support will be provided for CAFM maintenance. Additional duties include data archiving, executive MIS reporting, headcount/space analyses, office space planning, move coordination data integrity, and handling ad-hoc

Responsibilities

• CAF M operations management using Archibus.
• Maintain accurate employee data & floor plans in CAFM.
• Provide CAD support for ongoing CAFM maintenance.
• Data archiving.
• MIS for Executive review.
• Headcount/space allocation analyses and reporting.
• Office space planning support as needed.
• Support move coordination team with data integrity.
• Handle ad-hoc database queries.
• Report issues and concerns about technology to the team lead.
