Swagatham Global Connect is seeking a South Indian Chef for a luxury resort in the Maldives. The role focuses on preparing authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while maintaining top taste, quality, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include hygiene and kitchen sanitation, inventory management, and collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a South Indian Chef.
• Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine, including breakfast items, curries, rice varieties, snacks, and tiffin.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or luxury resorts preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: USD 300 per month
• Service Charge (SC): USD 500800 per month
• Service Charge Payment: 50% paid in USD
• Estimated Monthly Earnings: USD 800–1,100
• Free food provided by the resort.
