Job summary

Swagatham Global Connect in Maldives is seeking an experienced Assistant Head Chef to join a reputed restaurant. You will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and lead the team during service.

The role requires at least 7 years in restaurant kitchens, strong leadership, and knowledge of food safety and HACCP. Salary is USD 650-700/month plus service charge and company benefits. Immediate placement preferred with meals and accommodation provided.

A reputed Restaurant in Maldives is urgently hiring an experienced Assistant Head Chef for immediate placement. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for culinary professionals with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in restaurant kitchen operations.

Salary & Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise food preparation and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
• Lead and guide the kitchen team during service hours.
• Prepare Indian, Chinese, Continental, and other restaurant menu items as required.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in restaurant kitchen operations.
