Based at DLF Square, Gurgaon, this 12-month contract offers six-day weeks and active collaboration with interview coordinators to ensure timely communication with candidates. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

• Tenure: 12 Months contract (with scope for extension/performance-based evaluation)

• Work Schedule: 6 Days a week

• Source top talent from various sources, including social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for BFSI sales roles through mass recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions across PAN India locations.
• Collaborate with interview coordinators to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Develop sourcing profiles to attract diverse pool of candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Bulk hiring, BPO Hiring).
• Strong understanding of BFSI Sales industry trends and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using various online tools for sourcing profiles (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) .
