Job summary

EY in Gurugram is seeking an immediate joiner for a bulk hiring, contractual, hybrid role focused on talent acquisition.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, source applicants through professional networks, craft job descriptions and interview questions, shortlist candidates, and drive recruitment events to build a robust candidate pipeline.

This position requires 2–3 years of TA experience and proficiency with social media and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting with various interview techniques.
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates.

Responsibilities

Objectives of this role

• Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
• Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
