Job summary

EY in Gurgaon is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (3P Contractor) with 1-4 years of experience in talent sourcing for non-tech BFSI roles.

You will identify and engage talent via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and institute channels, building pipelines for Tax, Audit, Internal Audit, Risk, and Finance functions. Immediate joiners preferred and high-volume hiring experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of sourcing/recruitment experience with exposure to Non-Tech BFSI hiring.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist with 1-4 years of experience in talent sourcing for non-technology roles. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging quality talent through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, premier institutes, and other sourcing platforms. Experience in BFSI hiring and sourcing for Taxation, Audit, Risk, Internal Audit, or similar professional services roles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, and campus/institute hiring channels.
• Build talent pipelines for Non-Tech BFSI roles across Tax, Audit, Internal Audit, Risk, Finance, and related functions.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify potential candidates.
• Screen profiles against job requirements and share shortlisted candidates with recruiters/hiring managers.
• Maintain sourcing trackers, candidate databases, and talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with recruiters to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of sourcing/recruitment experience with exposure to Non-Tech BFSI hiring.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, alumni networks, IIMs, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong understanding of profiles in Taxation, Audit, Internal Audit, Risk, Finance, or Consulting domains.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
• Strong sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Background
