Globalbees Brands in Delhi is seeking a proactive sourcing professional to identify and secure products that meet customer requirements, budgets, and design briefs. You will travel to markets, exhibitions, and vendor sites to discover new materials and trends.

You will negotiate terms with suppliers, build strong vendor relationships, evaluate quality and cost, and coordinate with design, merchandising, and buying teams to align sourcing with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, buying, or procurement, preferably in home decor, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Strong vendor network and understanding of local and regional markets.
• Excellent negotiation, costing, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on approach with willingness to travel to markets and vendor sites regularly.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent in Supply Chain/Procurement preferred.
