Lans Corporation in Bengaluru is hiring for a sourcing/procurement role to identify and onboard suppliers, compare prices, and negotiate terms. You will coordinate with Purchase, Inventory, and Accounts to ensure timely procurement, maintain vendor records, and drive cost savings while ensuring quality.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in sourcing and vendor management, with a background in retail or product sourcing being a plus. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru.

Formación

• Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 13 years in Sourcing, Purchase, Procurement, or Vendor Management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source new suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers based on company requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and compare product prices.
• Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Evaluate vendors based on product quality, pricing, reliability, and service.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Inventory, and Accounts teams for procurement requirements.
• Maintain and update vendor databases, quotation records, and purchase details.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
• Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, delays, and product quality issues.
• Explore new products and suppliers based on business requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, vendor performance, and cost comparisons.
