Sourcing Manager East & West Pune

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships and rapport with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants across East & West Pune.
• Generate and manage quality leads through channel partner networks and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate with channel partners to understand customer requirements and drive property/site visits.
• Accompany or coordinate site visits with prospective customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with leads and customers throughout the sales cycle to improve conversions.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the business network.
• Regularly engage with existing channel partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sourcing, lead generation, site visit and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, channel partners, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure timely closure and effective lead management.
• Stay updated on the local real estate market, competitor projects and customer preferences.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong existing network and rapport with channel partners/property consultants in Pune will be highly preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong local market knowledge of East or West Pune.
• Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable with customer interactions and site visits.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
• Candidates with a strong local broker/channel partner network will have an added advantage.
