Job summary

N vakruk Navalakha Constructions is seeking a dynamic Sourcing Manager to build and manage a robust network of channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and referral partners for real estate projects. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, site visits, and bookings while nurturing existing partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, a proven broker network, and a willingness to travel for field work in the Pune area.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales preferred.
• Strong broker and channel partner network.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new brokers and channel partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.

• Regularly communicate project pricing, offers, inventory, and USPs.
• Conduct broker meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and closures.
• Track broker performance, leads, site visits, and bookings.
• Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and broker schemes.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and booking targets.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed salary based on experience.
• 10,000-20,000 incentive per successful booking, as per experince and fast booking performance
• Additional performance-based incentives for achieving targets.
