Uniq You Bangalore is seeking a procurement specialist to identify and source vendors, coordinate quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage end-to-end purchasing processes.

You will track inventory, maintain vendor records, ensure material quality, and work with design, merchandising, production, and operations teams to meet sourcing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Identify and source vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers based on company requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for product sourcing, quotations, pricing, and negotiations.
• Compare supplier prices, quality, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage the end-to-end purchase process, from requirement collection to order placement.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase orders, invoices, and other purchase-related records.
• Track inventory and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock shortages.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Ensure materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payment-related matters.
