Job summary

Ingram Micro India Private Limited in Mumbai seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to design end-to-end infrastructure using Dell ISG portfolio and lead pre-sales engagements.

You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, conduct discovery workshops, present to IT leadership, and craft BoMs, HLDs/LLDs, and RFP/RFQ responses. Collaboration with Dell sales teams and partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in infrastructure, data centers, cloud, virtualization, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture is preferred.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures and proposals.

• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions using Dell ISG portfolio.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Lead discovery workshops and technical assessments with customers.
• Present architectures to customer IT teams and leadership.
• Develop BoMs, HLDs/LLDs, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, cloud adoption, AI, virtualization, and data center transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture Design

• end-to-end infrastructure solutions using Dell ISG portfolio: Dell PowerEdge Servers Power Store, Power Scale, Power Flex, Power Vault Storage Dell Networking Hybrid Cloud and AI Infrastructure
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Customer Engagement

• Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessments.
• Present solution architectures to customer IT teams and leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives.

Pre-Sales Support

• Support Account /Sales /Product Managers during the sales cycle.
• Develop BoMs, HLDs, LLDs, solution proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Perform sizing, configuration, and solution validation.

Technical Demonstrations

• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• Showcase Dell Technologies and competitive differentiation.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities for modernization, cloud adoption, AI, virtualization, and data center transformation.
• Collaborate with Dell sales teams, partners, and OEM alliances.

Required Skills
