Job summary

Equifax India is seeking a seasoned Data Science & AI Solutions Lead to engage with prospects and customers, design best-in-class solutions, and drive implementation across risk, marketing, and collections. You will prepare professional materials to sustain a robust pipeline and collaborate with sales channels to close deals.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience in exponential technologies, strong client-facing presentation skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced BFSI engagements.

Qualifications

• Understand client business needs and design data science solutions.
• Explain AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to create proposals and POCs for client engagements.
• Knowledge of AI/ML techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client’s business requirements and deliver data science solutions.
• Identify and validate client requirements for solutions.
• Lead presentations, demos, and POC workshops across products.
• Prepare detailed proposals and implementation plans with delivery teams.
• Design analytics offerings based on customer needs and modify solutions accordingly.
• Develop GTM decks and product collateral for clients focusing on AI/ML solutions.
• Network with prospective clients and drive growth in existing accounts.

Responsible to engage with prospects and customers on Data Science & AI based solution, design, and follow through to implementation. Define and agree on best-in-class solutions leveraging Data Science & AI for Equifax customers, with a range of applications across risk management, marketing, Collection and other business areas. Lead the preparation of professional
presentations / materials to sustain a robust pipeline for new prospects and work with various sales channels to sell our solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Understand client’s business requirements in terms of business needs and be a part of a High-class delivery team todeliver unparalleled business solutions using existing Data Science & AI stack
• Identify and validate client for solutions according to customer requirements
• Lead presentations, demonstrations, and POC workshop activities across products.
• Prepare detailed proposals and implementation plans & commercials in consultation with the delivery team
• Designed Analytics offering by considering customer requirements and accordingly modify existing solution approach.
• Manage and create all go-to-market (GTM) decks, competition battlewards and product collaterals specific to clients with focus on solutions leveraging exponential technologies including AI and ML
• Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.

What Experience You Need

• Basic understanding of Data Science and AI Models
• Understanding of key business and risk KPIs for retail banking products
• 5-8 years’ experience in solutions on exponential technologies
• Self-starter with high energy levels and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to work in project- based engagements across different kinds of BFSI clients
