Job summary

Tata Communications is seeking a Manager – Solution Architecture & Presales to drive design and development of complex technology solutions across Network, SD-WAN, Cloud, Security, UC, Mobility and IoT.

The role focuses on leading presales engagements, creating high-level architectures and liaising with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture and presales.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong background in Solution Architecture + Presales + Network/SD-WAN/Cloud/Security.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Translate customer needs into scalable technical architectures.
• Develop and review HLD/LLD, solution architecture and design artifacts.
• Lead presales engagements, RFP responses, proposals and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Vendors and Partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies across the lifecycle.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute to product development and market strategy.
