Job summary

Purview Services in India seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to design and govern engineering architectures across logical, physical, and cloud layers. You will drive architecture roadmaps, oversee governance, and ensure alignment with business strategy, including on-premises, cloud, PaaS and SaaS environments.

Deep expertise in networks, IoT/edge, security tech, databases, middleware, and multiple cloud platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale architecture and engineering designs.
• Knowledge of Externally Hosted and Cloud-based solutions (PaaS, SaaS).
• Strong understanding of network, security, and data fundamentals.
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering designs and solution architecture from logical to physical infrastructure.
• Participate in governance to align designs with architecture roadmaps and future state.
• Ensure hosted solutions have governance and approvals across internal/external boundaries.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, IoT/edge, security technologies, servers, databases, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead architecture initiatives and demonstrate Specialist Engineer or Lead Architect capabilities.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Delivering Engineering Designs and Solution Architecture to meet business requirements, from logical architecture through to physical infrastructure architecture.


• Participating in Architectural Governance processes to ensure that proposed solution designs are strategically aligned to the architecture roadmaps and the Groups Future State Architecture


• Ensuring that deployed system solutions, both vendors supplied, and in-house developments are appropriately hosted (Internally, Externally, Cloud, PaaS, SaaS) including the corresponding governance and relevant approval processes.


• In-depth technical, functional, and non-functional knowledge of:

• Excellent understanding of the concept of Enterprise Architecture and its relationship to business strategy and target operating models, and how to relate this to an architecture roadmap and a solid understanding of general architectural concepts, principles, governance, and best practices.


• Experience of working with enterprise or global systems and solutions, including Externally Hosted and Cloud based solutions; PaaS, SaaS and the associated governance processes; EHC, ITSA, etc.


• Experience of technologies: AWS, Google GCP, Azure, MuleSoft


• Experience in other architecture disciplines such as data or business architecture.


• Good understanding of the Financial Services industry and building security technology.


• Demonstrable experience as a Specialist Engineer or Lead Architect
